Teflon Coated Microscope Slides
An extermely Hydrophobic coating with Teflon ink has a contact angle of 120° with distilled water, even higher.These
slides have a matte finish with a coated ink thickness of 20-30um. Teflon coated slides are ideal for use in immunohistochemical (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IFA) tests with histological sections or cellular cultures. Slides are treated with a special adhesive which can hold the tissue sections firmly on the slide.Adhesive microscope slides are ideal for routine histology, immuno-histochemical (IHC) staining and in-situ hybridization (ISH) tests.
